Desarrollamos y manufacturamos una amplia gama de aceites, lubricantes y especialidades químicas diseñadas para atender a diversas industrias.Estamos en búsqueda de un Category Manager para liderar compras estratégicas dentro del sector petroquímico, energético o químico. Si tienes experiencia en compras estratégicas y negociación con proveedores internacionales, te estamos buscandoUbicación: El Llano, Aguascalientes (100% presencial).Experiencia:3-7 años en la compra de materias primas para Lubricantes, aditivos u Oil & Gas.Escolaridad: Ingeniería, LAE, Comercio Exterior o Negocios Internacionales.Inglés: Avanzado.Disponibilidad para viajar: Sí.Principales responsabilidades:Definir e implementar estrategias de compra para aceites minerales y derivados del petróleo. Analizar factores que determinan los precios del mercado (feedstock, ULSD, diésel, entre otros).Desarrollar y mantener relaciones sólidas con proveedores locales e internacionales.Negociar acuerdos de calidad y condiciones comerciales competitivas.-Asegurar el cumplimiento de requisitos regulatorios y legales en la importación y exportación de productos químicos.Habilidades y Competencias Clave:-Conocimiento del mercado global de aceites y lubricantes (América, Europa, Asia y Medio Oriente).- Experiencia con herramientas de inteligencia de precios como ICIS, Argus, SEVER o Avanxs.Habilidad analítica, visión estratégica y dominio del inglés técnico.-Formación en Ingeniería Química, Química Industrial, Comercio Internacional o carreras afines.Ofrecemos:Horario: Lunes a jueves de 8:00 a.m. a 6:00 p.m. y viernes de 8:00 a.m. a 3:00 p.m.Prestaciones superiores a las de ley, cotizando al 100% en el Seguro Social.Vales de gasolina y despensa pagaderos de manera mensual.Seguro de Gastos Médicos Mayores con opción de asegurar a familiares directos.Seguro de vida.Bono anual entregado de manera trimestral.Planes de desarrollo profesional.Si te apasiona la gestión de categorías, la negociación internacional y el análisis del mercado energético y petroquímico, queremos conocerte.Envía tu CV o contáctame directamente para más información.
