Bilingual Call Center AgentLocation:On-sitePosition OverviewWe are looking for a100% bilingual Call Center Agentto join our team. This role requires constant interaction withcustomers located in the United States, providing high-quality customer service and sales support over the phone. The ideal candidate must feel confident communicating inEnglish on a daily basis, as all customer interactions will be conducted in English.This position is ideal for professionals with a strong customer service mindset, sales orientation, and the ability to manage multiple requests while delivering an excellent customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls withU.S.-based customersinEnglish.Provide support regardingclaims, orders, and customer complaints.Performtelephone salesand follow up on assigned customer portfolios.Ensure achievement ofsales and service objectives.Track and follow up on customer requests until resolution.Coordinate with internal teams such assales, logistics, and technical service.Maintain accurate records in digital platforms and systems.RequirementsEducation:Bachelor's Degree (required).Language Skills:Advanced English level (B2–C1) – Mandatory.This is a100% bilingual position; continuous communication with U.S. customers is required.Experience:At least1 year of experiencein customer service and/or sales processes.Experience usingdigital platforms for buying and sellingis a plus.Technical Skills:Basic to intermediate proficiency inMicrosoft Officeordelivery/sales platforms.Availability:Desired SkillsExcellent verbal communication skills inEnglish.Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on results.Ability to work in a fast-paced, phone-based environment.Team player with strong organizational skills.
