We're seeking a bilingual nurse living in Mexico or LATAM for a remote, non-clinical contractor role supporting patient communication and care coordination.This is not bedside nursing. No diagnosis. No prescribing.What you'll do- Call patients with test results and follow-up instructions (mostly Spanish)Coordinate appointments and next steps with providersManage patient messages and clinical documentationSupport daily clinic operations using Elation and CollaborateMDServe as a calm, professional point of contact for patientsRequirements- Nursing background (RN, LVN, LPN, or equivalent)Native or near-native SpanishFluent English (providers, documentation, systems)Outpatient / ambulatory experience preferredStrong communication, organization, and empathyCompensation- Independent contractorPaid monthly in USDUSD 1,200–1,500/month , based on experience
