We are seeking a rock star Investment Analyst, US Investments, to join our dynamic and rapidly growing team. The Investment Analyst will be responsible for underwriting and analyzing prospective acquisitions and assisting with sourcing, evaluation, due diligence and closing of new investment opportunities, interacting with HASTA senior leadership, lenders and investment partners. Responsibilities:Review and underwrite new acquisitions and monitor pipeline in target markets.Oversee the underwriting modeling and preparation of investment memorandums for transactions.Facilitate the due diligence and closing process including physical, environmental. financial, legal and operational due diligence.Market research and strategy analysis for prospective investments.The position is based in HASTA's Mexico City headquarters and may entail occasional travel to US.Experience & Educational Requirements:Fluent in EnglishHighly proficient in Excel modelingBachelor's degree requiredExperience as an analyst in banking, private equity, or similar preferredHASTA Capital is proud of our diversity.
