Finance Supervisor Fixed Assets

Are you an accountant with experience in bank reconciliations and general accounting? Do you haveadvanced Englishand can communicate fluently with international teams?We are seeking a Finance Supervisor to lead our Fixed Assets and Intercompany processes for LATAM operations. This role ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial records, drives process standardization, and supports regional and corporate initiatives. Supervise and ensure accurate execution of Fixed Asset and Intercompany accounting processes for LATAM.Oversee reconciliations, KPIs, and compliance with SLAs.Lead process improvement initiatives and support automation projects.Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and corporate policies.Prepare strategic reports and present financial analysis to regional teams.Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.Experience: 5+ years in Finance roles (General Accounting, Fixed Assets, Intercompany).Advanced English (spoken and written).Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle Cloud, R12).Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Experience with process automation and integration projects.If you meet these requirements and want to join a global team,apply hereIf your English level is not advanced, this position is not for you.Sherwin-Williams es un lugar que toma su estabilidad, crecimiento e impulso y los traduce en posibilidades para nuestra gente. tus conexiones...con un equipo inclusivo y comprometido con nuestras comunidades
