Associate Data Engineer

O&M is growing rapidly and is hiring Associate Data Engineers to support our data solutions team. Will partner with our team of data scientists, data gurus, and product owners to maintain, support & deliver products that will help drive decision making.L2 Support: Manage and respond to platform Incidents, service requests and managing ITSM process using ServiceNow following ITIL practices (SLA adherence)Monitor and triage Palantir Foundry pipelines and data health checksHandle critical incidents with timely resolution and keeping stakeholders informedProvide technical support and troubleshooting for Palantir software implementationsEnsure compliance with data securityMaintain runbooks and SOPs for recurring issuesCreating & maintaining data pipelines using Pipeline Builder and Code RepositoriesEstablishing data connections, building data health monitors, and analyzing data lineageWork with the Development Team and translate business needs, challenges and requirements into solutions that deliver value to the organization and do minor enhancements and bug fixing from time to time.Participate in shift rotations to ensure 24x7 coverageQualificationsBachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or other related fieldsKnowledge in languages/ frameworks such as Python, SQL, Pyspark, Typescript.Demonstrated interest in data engineering for data applications with Machine Learning, analytics, or software development.PreferredKnowledge of analyzing data using tools like Code Workbook, Contour and QuiverFamiliarity with machine learning algorithms and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).Tech StackLanguages: Python, SQL, TypeScriptFrameworks: PySparkPlatforms: Palantir FoundryData Tools: Pipeline Builder, Data Connections, Code Repos, Contour, Quiver, Workshop
