JOB DESCRIPTION:1、Responsible for the daily maintenance, after-sales service and maintenance of aerial work platform machinery;Experience in aerial work platform machinery maintenance in JLG,Genie,Haulotte, etc. is preferred2、Responsible for cooperating with daily maintenance and technical support for agents;3、Responsible for proactive rectification proposed by the product line, troubleshooting projects, rectification of faulty vehicles, and information collection;4、Responsible for the inspection, regular maintenance and maintenance of arriving vehicles5、Responsible for regular visits to customers and regular vehicle inspections;6、Responsible for the timely guarantee of accessories, achievement of accessories sales plan, and customer satisfaction;7、Repair machinery and other components of the machines8、Understand technical problem effectively through proper analysis, evaluation and diagnoses.9、To maintain own area of responsibility in term of housekeeping and EHS while working as a team or individually.10、Read and follow labels, safety warnings, and guidelines11、To ensure all work is carried out according to the safety regulation and industry quality standard.12、To become more effective in problem solving by on the job training.13、Submit service reports on time.14、Able to work together with the China Representative Engineer/Sales for customers' satisfaction
