Job Description:1. Be responsible for all warehouse receipt, movement and dispatch activitiesAnalyze all warehouse relevant transaction accuracy and resolve issuesDetermine and refine warehouse related KPIEnsure warehouse team members can meet KPIReview and manage warehouse resources, manpower and spaceTrack and monitor inventory level and warehouse efficiencyOrder necessary supplies to support warehouse operationsContinuously improve and optimize workflow and processesEnsure the facility, assets, equipment and supplies are well managed and maintainedTrain and coach new warehouse team membersManaging the performance of all warehouse team membersExecute the latest policies from the management and HQsTrack and analyze the expenses of the warehouseRequirement:1.High School graduate with 5 years of relevant supervising experience2.Flexibility of working on the night shift3.Ability to Read, Write, Speak, and Listen in English4.Ability of operating Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)5.A degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain is a plus6.Oracle/ ERP operation experience is a plus
