Our teams are built on a global mindset, sparked by sharp minds of diverse individuals and reflects the global consumers we serve.Bring your energy and fresh perspective, contribute to our movement and build your future with us.Operations Manager, Distribution Center MxResponsible for optimally scheduling and managing distribution center operations, ensuring the proper execution of the following work teams: Operational ManagementEnsure compliance with area KPIs (Receiving, Replan, Picking, VAS & eCommerce).Supervise shift start and end.Monitor and ensure operational flow in conjunction with Planning and Outbound managers (volume processing, order management, SLA).Budget Management: Supplies, HC, overtime, etc. Review and negotiate order priorities to ensure compliance with the daily work plan.Talent ManagementProvide feedback in case of non-compliance with objectives and/or general activities.Conduct shift start, follow-up, and shift end sessions.Ensure a culture of safety and housekeeping.Control and AuditingCoordinate communication between shifts (cross-shift).Administration and Continuous ImprovementSupport project planning and execution.Inventory managementWork closely with the inventory department to ensure inventory integrity and reliability.Quality management~ Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field.~ Master's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics Systems desirable.~5+ years of experience in related positions such as warehouse operations manager (retail desirable).~ Experience in personnel management.~ Knowledge of WMS, SAP, PKMS or Manhattan systems desirable.~ Advanced Excel.~ Knowledge of Power BI.~ Fluent English.As a purpose-led, performance driven company, we strive to foster a culture of belonging based on respect, connection, openness and authenticity.
