Descripción de la posición:Es responsable de asegurar el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales y operativos en materia de medio ambiente dentro de la planta. Su función principal es vigilar y mantener los estándares ambientales tanto en documentación como en piso, además de promover una cultura ambiental sólida entre los colaboradores.Principales responsabilidades:Vigilar y mantener el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales y operativos en materia de medio ambiente, tanto en documentación como en piso.Promover la cultura ambiental dentro de la organización.Dar seguimiento a los indicadores clave de desempeño ambiental (waste to landfill, consumo de agua, electricidad, entre otros).Coordinar y ejecutar campañas de reducción de residuos.Gestionar los residuos generados en las naves, incluyendo residuos de manejo especial, residuos peligrosos y residuos sólidos urbanos.Elaborar y validar el COA.Atender visitas y auditorías de autoridades gubernamentales relacionadas con temas ambientales (SEMARNAT, CONAFOR, SEDEMA, entre otras).Perfil y experiencia:~ Licenciatura en Seguridad industrial, Química, ambiental, Biología, o afín.~4 años de experiencia en puesto similar en plantas de manufactura.~ Conocimientos de la normativa aplicable en materia de medio ambiente y entidades de gobierno ambiental (SEMARNAT, SEDUE, CONAGUA, secretaria de medio ambiente, etc.).Conocimientos/experiencia requerida e indispensable:Inglés avanzado.Experiencia en Plantas de Manufactura / maquilas.Conocimiento de la normativa aplicable en materia de medio ambiente y Entidades de gobierno ambiental (SEMARNAT, SEDUE, CONAGUA, secretaria de medio ambiente, etc).Experiencia en TPM (conocimiento de la metodología, que haya formado parte de un pilar), WCM o Lean Six Sigma).
