Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the regional sales strategy to strengthen market presence in Central Mexico. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Off-Highway and Industrial OEM customers. Manage the full sales cycle, including opportunity identification, plant visits, RFQ development, commercial negotiations, closure, and post-sales follow-up. Present technical and commercial proposals for harnesses, control boxes, and high-voltage products. Partner closely with Engineering, Quality, and Program Management teams to address customer requirements and support new product introductions. Provide on-site support for technical and quality issues, ensuring prompt containment, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions. Conduct market analysis, develop sales forecasts, and deliver executive-level reporting. Represent the company during customer visits, technical reviews, audits, and industry events. Proactive and resourceful problem-solver with strong field presence. Ownership mentality with a customer-first orientation, consistently seeking to add value. Experienced in managing quality-related problems , including immediate containment, root-cause investigation, and corrective actions. Strong cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to provide rapid and accurate customer responses.
