Get to know us at genpact.com and on LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Facebook.Responsibilities· Manage a Audit Portfolio and maintaining strong customer relations.· Contact customers to obtain counts by making reconciliation calls, sending emails, etc.· Identify & Resolve customers queries and disputes related to Audit questions.· Review & Follow-up on the highly losses/surpluses/Audits with AR Manager Liaise with other departments (Credit, Sales, Billing, Customer service, etc.) in order to resolve blockers collections road.· Perform administrative tasks related to functional job or assigned by direct Manager.· Know the ethical and legal compliance responsibilities of the position; apply Integrity in all aspects of professional conduct.· Action oriented, Proactive and resourceful in solving problems.
