COE LEADER FOR Project ManagementOBJETIVO DEL ROL:· Liderar y desarrollar un equipo de aproximadamente 12 PMs SAP, especializados en SAP S/4 HANA (modelos RISE y GROW), garantizando la ejecución exitosa de proyectos globales en Canadá, EE. UU. y México. Esto implica establecer planes de carrera, capacitación y certificación para el equipo, y asegurar el cumplimiento de KPIs relacionados con alcance, plazo, costo y calidad en cada proyecto. El rol requiere alinear la entrega de proyectos SAP con los objetivos estratégicos de la organización y promover la mejora continua del Co E.COMPETENCIAS REQUERIDAS· Más de 10 años de experiencia liderando proyectos o programas SAP, con un historial comprobado de implementación y entrega de soluciones SAP (preferiblemente en entornos S/4 HANA)· Haber liderado al menos 6 implementaciones SAP y gestionado simultáneamente 5+ proyectos· Experiencia en gestión de equipos de 50+ personas, con enfoque en mentoría y desarrollo de talento· Dominio de metodologías de gestión de proyectos (PMI, SCRUM/Ágil, SAP Activate), así como competencia en herramientas de PM (MS Project, JIRA, etc.).
