Service Engineer

We are seeking a Service Engineer to join our Telecom Delivery / Implementation team, focused on OSS provisioning and service activation . The role involves implementing, configuring, testing, and supporting OSS solutions for fixed and mobile networks, ensuring successful end-to-end service delivery. Key Responsibilities Implement and configure OSS provisioning and service activation flows Execute end-to-end, integration, and acceptance tests (ATP/UAT) Troubleshoot provisioning issues across multiple OSS and network systems Support cutover, go-live, and post-production stabilization Produce and maintain technical documentation (FDD, integration designs, test evidence) Collaborate with customers, project managers, and cross-functional teams Mandatory Requirements 3+ years of experience in Telecom Service Engineering / Delivery / Implementation Strong knowledge of OSS architecture , provisioning, and service order management Understanding of telecom domains (Fixed and/or Mobile networks) Hands-on experience with APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration testing Experience using Postman or similar API testing tools Ability to work in Linux / Unix environments Basic scripting skills (e.g., Python, Shell, Groovy ) Experience across delivery phases: analysis, build, testing, go-live Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Nice to Have Experience with service orchestration platforms Knowledge of inventory systems (logical/physical) Test automation experience for provisioning flows Exposure to cloud environments (AWS) Experience in multi-vendor or multi-country telecom projects Fluent English (written and spoken) Profile Fit Delivery-oriented mindset Comfortable in customer-facing technical roles Strong ownership from implementation to stabilization Benefits: Flexible working hours Your vacation is over and you feel that it was not enough?
