Hillstone Networks is growing in Mexico, and we're looking for a Senior Sales Executive with a strong hunter profile to lead our commercial strategy for advanced cybersecurity solutions. If you're passionate about technology, opening new opportunities, and working closely with strategic partners, this role is for you.Position Objective:Design and implement sales strategies to position and expand Hillstone's cybersecurity solutions in the Mexican market, working closely with distributors, partners, and end customers.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and execute territorial plans to drive sales in the assigned region.• Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities.• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and distributors.• Collaborate with internal teams and strategic allies to deliver a high-level commercial experience.• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, proposal development (RFI/RFP), negotiation, and closing.• Build and maintain a solid and up-to-date sales pipeline in the CRM, with clear and accurate forecasts.• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.Required Profile:• Minimum 3 years of experience selling complex technology solutions, preferably in networking and cybersecurity.• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.• 100% focused on new business generation (hunter profile).• Strong knowledge of technologies such as Firewall, IPS, XDR, NDR, CGNAT, WAF, ADC, among others.• Consultative selling skills and a strategic approach to the sales process.• Ability to work autonomously in fast-paced, results-driven environments.• Excellent time management, organization, and sales process structuring skillsPreferred Skills:• Intermediate to advanced English.• Strategic mindset and the ability to solve complex problems holistically.• Clear and persuasive communication.• High resilience, self-motivation, and strong commitment to measurable results.About UsFounded in 2006 by NetScreen veterans, Hillstone Networks has been a leading innovator in the cybersecurity space.
