职位描述: 1. 负责海外属地员工及中国外派员工的HR运营工作,涵盖跨境调动、档案管理、非现金福利落地、供应商管理等;解读并设计落地符合当地法规及集团标准的HR运营流程(如入职-在岗-离职全生命周期管理),定期开展流程审计与效率分析,推动流程的合规与高效;牵头海外属地HR人力运营项目,输出标准化工具包,不断提升人力运营效率与用户体验;维护HR系统数据,保障数据完整性,支持海外模块需求分析及功能测试,为总部提供本地数据洞察支持。Responsible for the HR operations of overseas employees and Chinese expatriates, including cross-border transfers, file management, non-cash benefits, supplier management, etc.;Interpret and design HR operation processes that comply with local regulations and group standards (such as onboarding-on-the-job-departure full life cycle management), conduct regular process audits and efficiency analysis, and promote process compliance and efficiency;Lead overseas HR human resource operation projects, output standardized toolkits, and continuously improve human resource operation efficiency and user experience;Maintain HR system data, ensure data integrity, support overseas module demand analysis and functional testing, and provide local data insight support for the headquarters.
