Role: Customer Service RepresentativeLocation: GDL, TATA2 English: AdvancedMode: Onsite (Walk-in Interview)Excellent English and Spanish communication skillsProven Customer Support experience or experience as Client Service RepresentativeAbility to appreciate the customers perspective showing empathy.Active listening to fully engage the customer with their concerns.Ability to multi-taskComputer and online navigating capability to multi-task during customer interactions with multiple systems and resourcesUnderstand policies and procedures and communicate them professionally to the customer.Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints/concernsListen to customers' concerns, maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers' complaints, issues and questionsResolve customers' concerns and answer customers' questions to your best abilityAble to manage stressful situations in customer Service Requirements:Minimum High school DiplomaMinimum 1 year of Customer Service ExperienceAdvanced English ProficiencyFull time schedule availability
