In this role, you will ensure the accuracy of designs, support customer satisfaction, and contribute to project profitability. You will work closely with engineers and customers to produce high-quality drawings and specifications.Key Responsibilities:Design small to medium heat tracing projects or multiple smaller projects simultaneously.Collaborate with the engineering team, project manager, and CAD group to generate isometric drawings.Engage with customers on technical specifications and requirements.Create and review drawings using VisiTrace/AutoCAD and MicroStation.Perform site surveys to gather design-related information.Ensure compliance with industry standards and codes (e.g., IEEE, NEC).Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Technology (preferred).Minimum 3 years of experience in heat tracing design (.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).Experience with AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Thermon design software (CompuTrace, VisiTrace, TSDS).English proficiency is preferred but not required.Key Skills:Strong time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Effective communication and teamwork skills.Why Join Us?At Thermon, we offer the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment within a growing global organization.
