Senior Consultant – Internal Audit, Quality

As a Senior Consultant in Quality and Risk, you will have the opportunity to join the Quality Control team. In this role, you will provide specialized support in the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the quality management system (ISQM1) and risk management initiatives within the firm in Mexico. The role also contributes to strengthening the culture of quality and compliance, ensuring the effective execution of action plans derived from internal and external reviews.Requirements:– Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related economic-administrative fields. – Preferred: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Master's degree in related areas. – English: Proficient – Location: Mexico CityMain Responsibilities:– Support the implementation and maintenance of the ISQM1 quality system in the firm in Mexico. – Follow up on action plans derived from self-assessments, independent reviews, and engagement reviews. – Participate in the execution of quality tests in service lines not related to audit. – Collaborate in the implementation of training programs in quality, ethics, and risk management. – Support the implementation of risk management and compliance initiatives. – Monitor compliance with mandatory trainings, such as the Code of Conduct. – Document and report findings, progress, and key metrics to quality and risk leaders. – Maintain effective communication with internal teams and quality and risk representatives. – Participate in regional projects when required, under the supervision of the Latam Quality Manager.Knowledge and Skills– Organized – Outgoing – Results-oriented – People management – Teamwork – Power BI (basic/intermediate level desirable) – Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteWhat We Offer– Immediate incorporation into a multinational firm with a consolidated position in the audit, tax, and consulting market. – Opportunity for international exposure as part of professional development. – Competitive compensation and benefits package. – Continuous training plan that will allow you to achieve the highest levels of technical excellence and leadership, building personalized and rewarding careers. – Supportive work environment, promoting a permanent culture of feedback.How to ApplyInterested candidates should apply directly to the vacancy by sharing their updated CV.About Forvis MazarsAt Forvis Mazars, we are not just a firm, we are people.
