Every day, we support our clients by steering major Projects and Programs, managing Project Portfolios, improving maturity and efficiency of PM Organizations.What You'll DoAs a TAX PMO Consultant at MIGSO PCUBED, you will play a key role in leading fiscal and financial projects. As a valued member of our global team, you will:- Plan, execute, and monitor tax-related projects ensuring on-time and high-quality deliverables.Coordinate with external providers and internal stakeholders.Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and resources assigned to fiscal projects.Ensure the correct implementation of tax technology solutions (automation of reports, SAT integration, XML validation).Follow up on incidents and regulatory requirements, including SAT updates and tax reforms.Support financial and accounting projects, such as central accounts, payments, reconciliations, and budgeting.Collaborate in M&A initiatives and projects involving IMMEX or foreign trade programs.Contribute to ERP financial modules implementation (SAP FICO, Oracle Finance).We are rapidly expanding, so if you are looking for a strategic and challenging role, we'd love to meet youWho You Are- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.+10 years of experience leading fiscal or technological projects.Strong knowledge of Mexican and U.S. tax regulations.Experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).Solid background in the food & beverage industry.PMP, Scrum, or equivalent certification (desired).Skilled in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Monday.com).Proven expertise in tax topics (VAT, ISR, IEPS, Border VAT).Experience in companies with IMMEX or foreign trade programs.Advanced English (verbal and written).Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.Autonomous, result-driven, and proactive mindset.We're on the fast track to expansion this year, and we're excited to welcome dynamic talents like you to our team.
