This role encompasses preparing detailed financial planning and analysis, creating insightful financial models, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes. The Sr Manager FP&A will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze complex financial data to drive strategic decision-making, and improve overall organizational performance. Additionally, the role involves monitoring financial results and identifying potential opportunities for business growth and cost optimization.QualificationsProficiency in Financial Planning and a strong understanding of Finance principlesEnglish at a professional levelAdvanced Analytical Skills to interpret complex data and provide actionable insightsExperience in Financial Modeling, as well as Budgeting & ForecastingSolid communication and presentation skills to report on financial performanceAbility to work collaboratively with cross-departmental teamsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; an advanced degree or certification (e.g., CFA, CPA, MBA) is a plusExperience with tools and software for financial analysis and reportingProven success in a management and leadership role in FP&A
