TUI (Technical Undergraduate Intern – Students) – Controlling AnalystPolanco, CDMX (Hybrid)Position SummaryThales is looking for a TUI (Technical Undergraduate Intern) Controlling Analyst who will be Responsible for working in an integrated manner with Regional and Division Finance teams as well as Local business management to ensure data availability and proper analysis.Key Areas of ResponsibilityCollaborate with Project Managers and Project Management Office to accomplish the Project tasks and accounting aspects.Effectively communicating with project managers regarding contract documents, purchase orders, Invoices, change orders and any additional services as required.Providing standard and ad hoc reporting in support of controlling.Journal Entries preparation + support documentation.Support with the controlling Internal controls.Track Budget and Cost Controls, analyze project variances and delayed collections.Financial statements basic knowledge.Minimum QualificationsCurrently studying in the last semesters (5th semester onward) in Accounting or Finance.Availability to participate in the program a minimum of a year and a half.Availability to Work 30 hours per week in a Hybrid Scheme.Experience project accounting / general accounting.Knowledge in Microsoft Office products with emphasis on Excel and Outlook.Experience working with ERP, preferred SAP.Experience working with Power-BI.Intermediate-Advanced English proficiency, oral & written.Strong communicator and negotiator, analytical, results-oriented, customer-oriented, a strong time manager, autonomous, honest, and empathetic, strong focus on helping customers and ensuring their satisfaction.If you're excited about working with Thales, but not meeting the requirements for this position, we encourage you to join our Talent CommunityWhat We OfferThales provides an extensive benefits program for all full-time employees working 30 or more hours per week and their eligible dependents, including the following:Elective Health and Dental plans.Company paid holidays, vacation days, and paid sick leave.Company provided Life Insurance.Why Join Us?Say HI and learn more about working at Thales click here.At Thales we provide CAREERS and not only jobs.
