We warmly welcome local candidates in Mexico to be part of our team as we expand globally.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and prepare for new product introduction (NPI) into mass production.Monitor and improve product yield; conduct root cause analysis and follow up on production issues.Coordinate product ramp-up activities, including technical training and guidance for relevant departments.Manage product transfer tasks between sites or production lines.Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new technologies and manufacturing processes.Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to optimize production processes and improve manufacturability.
