Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX) leverages scale and talent to provide high quality, cost-effective service to our clients.ADMX is a member of the Global Delivery Network which has presence across the world with Delivery centers in the United States, Romania, India, Spain, China, and the Philippines. We provide consulting services to help our clients achieve a higher level of service in operational efficiency and business value. As a Consultant you will function as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions, helping to create solutions to meet clients' business needs. Consultants gain exposure to multiple industries while demonstrating an awareness of the full breadth of services offered by Deloitte Consulting LLP. As a UKG/Kronos Workforce Management Consultant, you will work as part of implementations teams to gather business requirements, design, configure and test software, and provide technical support for all aspects of the suite of WFM products including Kronos Workforce Central, Dimensions, or other WFM software products. 3-5+ years of consulting and/or industry experienceCompletion of coursework (Egresado) in any pertinent field or industryAdvanced English levelPrevious experience with Kronos suite of time and attendance software and system configuration, which can be UKG (legacy Kronos) Workforce Dimensions /Workforce Central in one or more of its modules (Timekeeper / Accruals / Leave /Attendance / Attestation / Advanced Scheduler / Activities).Experience gathering business requirements and documenting design specifications, and test scripts for system modifications and additional solutions needed.Ability to analyze complex data or facts, find patterns, and organize and summarize findings.Ability to work on complex, fast-paced projects in a collaborative team setting.Experience with Excel, PowerPoint and other project management tools.Ability to work independently and in teams, interacting with a diverse group office executives, managers, and subject matter experts.Experience working in a help desk or providing support roles during system implementations.• Troubleshooting skills and configuration experience using UKG (legacy Kronos) Workforce Dimensions (R7 or higher) / Workforce Central (v.SQL and/or other query tools.Professional developmentFrom entry-level employees to senior leaders, we believe there's always room to learn.
