Actuarial associate develop financial projections, cost-benefit analysis, and insurance plan validation using statistical, modeling, and risk management strategies. The position is part of NA FAA (North America Financial Actuarial Analysis) team, which provides risk assessment to companies located in the United States of America.The Role- Perform technical reviews by doing and reviewing mathematical models and/or actuarial analysis (such as Doer / Technical Reviewer)Ensure that the service is reliable in accordance with Quality standards, serving as a Peer / Secondary Technical Reviewer, reviewing each case in a concise mannerDemonstrate understanding of the FAA service catalogue and knowledge in all aspects of employee benefit plan design, underwriting/ financial concepts and H&B toolsAssertive stakeholder interactionCommunication and close collaboration with international teamsSecure simultaneous deliverablesExceptional quality service delivery within the agreed time per service (SLA/Target Date)Actively and efficiently collaborate on assigned projectsContributing consolidated ideas for focused improvementsInnovation and creativity to achieve goalsLead or support strategic projects across the region, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.Act as full-analyst support, providing comprehensive assistance across assigned services and clients.The requirements:- AnalyticalMathematical SkillsExcel Intermediate (database management)Oral and written English (B2 business)Degree on Financial, Mathematicians, Actuary or related careers with the job descriptionExperience in insurance or financial industry (+4 years)Desirable- Interest in expanding your knowledge in the Insurance IndustrySoA CertificationInclusive job opportunity
