Position OverviewResponsable de la gestión, análisis y control de costos de los proyectos que le contratan a la empresa los cuales pueden estar relacionados a proyectos de retail como sucursales, oficinas, infraestructura, sistemas mecánicos, eléctricos ya sea en proyectos nuevos, remodelaciones o adecuaciones menores.Key ResponsibilitiesEstimar los costos iniciales, para caso de negocio y cierre de obra asociados a los proyectos que le contratan a la empresa.Generar análisis de costos durante las fases de ejecución del proyecto, garantizando que los costos se mantenga dentro del mercado y de acuerdo a presupuesto contratado.Evaluar y analizar los costos relacionados con los recursos, materiales y servicios necesarios para proyectos específicos, buscando oportunidades para reducir gastos y optimizar recursos.Negociar con proveedores y contratistas términos, precios y condiciones de acuerdo a las mejores condiciones de mercado.Desarrollar y asegurar el proceso de control presupuestal adecuado así como de licitaciones de manera transparente y con el análisis de costos detallado para la mejor toma de decisiones.Trabajar en colaboración con equipos multidisciplinariosPreparar informes financieros detallados, proporcionando datos clave sobre el estado de los costos y apoyando la toma de decisiones estratégicas.Identificar y evaluar riesgos financieros asociados con el proyecto y desarrollar estrategias de mitigación efectivas en conjunto con el PMExcelente atención al detalle y capacidad para anticiparse a problemas financieros.Experiencia en auditorias.Required Qualifications: Titulación en ingeniería, arquitectura, administración o finanzas con experiencia comprobada en control presupuestal en construcción/MEP.Competence and Skills: Normas de construcción, normativas técnicas, habilidades analíticas y de negociacion, excel avanzado.Languages: Inglés intermedio / avanzado
