In this role, you'll be the bridge between TRM and our clients—ensuring they achieve measurable success and long-term value from their Salesforce solutions.You'll serve as a strategic advisor, building trusted relationships, identifying optimization opportunities, and driving retention through proactive engagement and meaningful results.What You'll DoAct as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building trust and ensuring satisfactionUnderstand client goals and help them maximize their Salesforce investment through tailored strategiesPartner with Sales, Technical, and Product teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing improvementUse data and insights to identify opportunities for greater efficiency and customer impactDevelop proactive engagement plans to strengthen loyalty and expand partnershipsWhat We're Looking ForProven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client RelationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindsetExcellent communication and interpersonal skills—you know how to listen, translate needs, and build trustDemonstrated success in customer retention and relationship buildingFamiliarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms (Salesforce experience is a strong plus)Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferredSelf-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable thriving in a remote-first environment
