Our technology benefits millions of people every day – making travel safer, supporting sustainable energy transition, efficiently heating, cooling our homes, and helping our world stay connected.Now let's hear it directly from the creators – About | John CraneJob DescriptionThe Information Domain Lead is responsible for the definition of the standard information requirements for their domain, and to develop and execute a roadmap to deliver on these needs , increasing data quality, information standardisation and speed to insight in the business.Duties & Responsibilities (not limited to)Data & Analytics GovernanceDefines Information Standards for their domain ( KPIs, Hierarchical structures)Defines and prioritizes Data sets required to support their domain.Data Set CreationData Set CreationSupports the Information Architects in identifying source data and its owner.Tests and validates data sets – transformations etc.Approves data sets for release.Management of Data CatalogueWorks with Information Analysts to ensure Data sets are complete and available.Works with Data Owners to address issues with source data quality.Raises change requests and recommends for approvalReport/Dashboard CreationIdentifies requirements for reports or dashboards including KPIs, dimensions, user profilesCreates/ co-creates dashboards using existing data sets.D&A Daily OperationsReviews dashboards on a daily basis to ensure data is complete and accurate.Manages access requests and security requirements.Trains end users on general skills required to use reporting tools and specifics of dashboards.Management of report CatalogueWorks with Information Architect to ensure that report catalogue is up to date.Governs report/ dashboard catalogue to ensure no duplication.Reviews utilisation and seeks optimisation opportunities.QualificationEducationBachellor degree in TI or reative.English - Fluent/Advanced3y experience in Analytics managament role, preferably as a team lead (building dashboards)Microsoft Office tools (Power BI advanced)Databricks, SQL, Python, Data Warehousing, Report Building experienceRelevant information domain experience.Manufacturing B2B or B2c environment.ERP experience desirable (SAP or QAD ideally)SkillsStandards mindset.Looks for and drives improvementCollaborates with stakeholders.Governance Mindset / holds the line.Inquisitive.Diversity ClauseWe believe that different perspectives and backgrounds are what make a company flourish.
