El Head of Government Affairs será responsable de liderar la estrategia de relaciones gubernamentales y regulatorias, asegurando el cumplimiento normativo y promoviendo los intereses de la compañía ante autoridades locales, estatales y federales. Este rol implica desarrollar alianzas estratégicas, anticipar riesgos regulatorios y contribuir a la toma de decisiones que impacten el negocio en el corto y largo plazo.Responsabilidades principales:Diseñar e implementar la estrategia integral de asuntos gubernamentales y regulatorios.Representar a la compañía ante organismos gubernamentales y asociaciones industriales.Monitorear cambios legislativos y regulatorios que afecten la operación y proponer planes de acción.Gestionar relaciones con autoridades clave para facilitar proyectos estratégicos y garantizar el cumplimiento normativo.Coordinar con áreas internas (Legal, Compliance, Operaciones, Comunicación) para asegurar alineación en temas regulatorios.Elaborar reportes ejecutivos sobre riesgos, oportunidades y tendencias políticas que impacten el sector.Liderar iniciativas de advocacy y posicionamiento institucional.Requisitos:Experiencia mínima de 8 años en asuntos gubernamentales, relaciones institucionales o áreas regulatorias.Conocimiento profundo del marco legal y regulatorio aplicable al sector automotriz y movilidad.Habilidades de negociación, comunicación estratégica y gestión de stakeholders.Dominio del idioma inglés (oral y escrito).Disponibilidad para viajar y gestionar relaciones en diferentes niveles de gobierno.
