This role ensures smooth coordination with insurance companies and fleet clients, driving efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesNegotiate and manage national agreements with insurance companiesEnsure accident claims are handled at authorized service centers (Back to Brand)Audit and certify body & paint shops for complianceDevelop technical training programs for dealer staffAct as the main contact for key fleet clients and ensure SLA complianceTrack KPIs like turnaround time, uptime, and service cost per kmDrive digitalization and process improvements for fleet workflowsRequired SkillsStrong leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skillsExcellent communication and data analysis abilitiesAdvanced knowledge of automotive systems and repair proceduresExperience in insurance handling, body & paint management, and fleet serviceEqual Opportunity StatementBe part of a global automotive brand shaping the future of mobility.
