We don't expect you to 'fit' every requirement — your life experience, character, perspective, and passion for achieving meaningful outcomes in the world are equally important to us.O365 Administrator (Exchange & Teams Focus)We are seeking a O365 Engineer with 7+ years of experience, who will primarily focus on developing Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams.Key Responsibilities- Design, deploy, and manage Exchange Online architecture in Microsoft 365Administer, configure, and maintain Microsoft 365 services with a strong focus on Exchange Online and Microsoft TeamsHandle Exchange Online tasks such as mailbox management, permissions, and troubleshootingManage mail flow, connectors, and transport rulesConfigure anti-spam, anti-malware, and phishing policiesManage retention policies, legal holds, and eDiscoveryPerform advanced message tracing and diagnosticsMaintain and support the Teams environment, including channels, permissions, and policiesSupport additional M365 services such as OneDrive and (nice to have) SharePoint OnlineManage user accounts, permissions, and security configurations in Azure Active Directory (Azure AD)Qualifications & Requirements- 7-10 years of experience as an O365 Administrator or in an IT support roleMicrosoft 365 certification (e.g., MS‐900, MS‐100, MS‐102) requiredSolid understanding of Exchange Online (administration, permissions, retention, troubleshooting)Experience with Microsoft Teams administration and end‐user supportFamiliarity with OneDrive for Business and the broader Microsoft 365 suiteHands-on experience with Power Automate is a plusBasic understanding of PowerShell scripting, Power Apps, ServiceNow, and Power BI is an advantageStrong troubleshooting, communication, and problem‐solving skillsPreferred Skills (Nice to Have)- Experience with SharePoint Online administrationKnowledge of Intune, Defender for Office 365, and compliance policiesFamiliarity with hybrid Active Directory environmentsBasic scripting experience in PowerShell for automationAbout UsWe're a global team of innovators.
