MEXICO KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER IN CONSTRUCTION & INDUSTRIAL in Construction Equipment (Remote) - SPANISH/ENGLISH LANGUAGE REQUIREDRESUME MUST BE IN ENGLISH FOR CONSIDERATIONLiu Gong México, Centro América y El Caribe Mexico City, Mexico (Remote)Liu Gong Mexico - Key Account Manager will work remotely and reporting to VP of Mexico Sales.SPANISH/ENGLISH LANGUAGE REQUIREDRESUME MUST BE IN ENGLISH FOR CONSIDERATIONSUMMARYThis position will help penetrate new markets, secure high-value projects, and increase sales capacity. Also, be the liaison between Liu Gong and Dealer on all products and services and bridge a team supported by all segments of Liu Gong in order to strengthen and expand the relationship with Dealer. Manage customer expectations through conflict resolution skills. Secure orders and effectively communicate, implement and execute all applicable company programs to customers. Must be proficient in Spanish and English (written and oral) - Language skills will be validated.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES- Develop and manage relationships with key clients in the construction and aggregates sector.Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.Provide tailored equipment solutions to meet customer needs.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and after-sales support.Interface with assigned management and support personnel as necessary for consistent, open communication, customer support, and implementation of company.Champion segment projectsAssists or provides overall account management.Engages with Parts, After Sales, Manager, etc., when needed in completing customer request, answering customer questions and ensuring customer's needs are met.Provides assistance in engineering, estimating, business development and procedure documentation on an as needed basis.Maintains positive client relationships.Coordinate with various departments within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely fashion.Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of products.Provide assistance in resolving field issues.BACKGROUND & SKILLS- Minimum 8 years of experience in Heavy Equipment Sales in MexicoExcellent communication and problem-solving skills.Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with diverse teams.SPANISH/ENGLISH LANGUAGE REQUIREDWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office
