Location:
Remote / Home-Based (Mexico & Brazil) Language Requirement: Fluent English Experience: 1+ year in Proposal Development, Pricing, Budgeting, or related field
In this role, you will support the global sales organization by developing customer proposals, budgets, and pricing solutions for clinical research opportunities worldwide. You will collaborate with Business Development, Scientific Review, Strategic Pricing, and Operations teams to create high-quality, competitive proposals that support business growth and customer success.
Develop proposal text, budgets, pricing models, and supporting documentation.
Conduct quality reviews and ensure compliance with internal processes.
Maintain proposal databases and reporting systems.
Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
Knowledge of budgeting, costing models, and pricing methodologies.
Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
