INNAUTEC stands out by offering expert insights and personalized support beyond standard instruction manuals, helping clients discover the best solutions for their specific challenges.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Aguascalientes, AGU. The Sales Executive will focus on identifying sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential and current clients, and developing tailored automation solutions. Daily responsibilities include reaching out to prospects, conducting product presentations, negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.QualificationsSales expertise, including client relationship management, lead generation, and sales strategy development.Strong technical knowledge and understanding of industrial automation solutions, including experience with products from brands like Balluff, WAGO, ABB, or similar.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or a related field is preferred.
