Mid-Level Process / Industrialization EngineerBarcelona Area, Spain (Relocation & Work Visa Provided)We are looking for a Mid-Level Process / Industrialization Engineer (automotive industry) to support and lead product and process industrialization in a manufacturing environment, with strong exposure to automation and Industry 4.0 initiatives.This role will be promoted in Mexico, but the position is based near Barcelona, Spain. Full work visa sponsorship and relocation support are provided.Key Responsibilities- Plan and manage product and process industrialization activities.Lead and support production line start-ups and ramp-ups.Support new project launches, ensuring quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.Implement advanced manufacturing and automation solutions aligned with Industry 4.0.Prepare technical and cost-improvement studies in line with quality and customer standards.Coordinate action plans with suppliers and internal teams.Support poka-yoke systems, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.Requirements- 4 years of experience as a Process or Industrialization Engineer in the automotive field.Proven experience in manufacturing and industrialization projects.Knowledge of PFMEA, Kaizen, and continuous improvement tools.Experience in automated or semi-automated production environments.English proficiency.Nice to Have- Lean Manufacturing knowledge.Experience with poka-yoke systems and manual process automation.Ability to interpret machinery specifications.What We Offer- International opportunity in Spain.Work visa sponsorship and relocation support.Exposure to advanced manufacturing and Industry 4.0 technologies.Professional growth in a multicultural industrial environment.
