Growth Analyst - Lending;Objectives The leader of growth Analyst is responsible for defining, executing, and optimizing the complete paid digital media strategy for Doters and its partner ecosystem. This role manages the architecture, execution, and overall performance of all paid media channels, including Google, Meta, TikTok, and Programmatic, accelerating brand positioning, awareness, acquisition, and conversion across all business units.Acquire and engage users on our platform, and grow our user base through a combination of online and offline strategies.Develop a deep understanding of data and our users, both potential and existing, to create your own growth-oriented methodologies and initiatives, and to continuously improve the user experience.Use data to understand user behavior and experience and identify areas for improvement.Requirements:At least 3 years of experience, especially in operations, performance marketing, paid media management, or digital growth roles, preferably in technology agencies.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience executing campaigns on Google, Meta Ads, TikTok, Programmatic, and other advertising platforms.Prior operational/analytical experience in strategic operations, data analysis, consulting, investment banking, or the technology sector is a plus.Strong analytical and data-driven skills; proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Programmatic, or digital analytics are highly valued.Extensive experience working with or leading digital agencies and creative partners. Proven track record in improving CAC, ROAS, conversion rate and boosting the performance of the entire sales funnel.Key Responsibilities:Define, implement, and develop the paid media strategy across Google, Meta, TikTok, Programmatic, and future platforms.Lead annual and quarterly media planning, as well as weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboard reviews and performance reports at the executive level.Design comprehensive paid media architectures, including prospecting, retargeting, conversion, and re-engagement.Align the user lifecycle, conversion funnel design, and performance goals with each business vertical.Oversee end-to-end campaign execution: audience definition, bidding strategies, budget pacing, and sales funnel optimization, as well as work with different teams to enhance co-branded campaigns and ensure consistent representation across all digital touchpoints.Control, monitor, and optimize key paid media KPIs: impressions, CTR, conversion rate, CAC, ROAS, contribution to LTV, and spend efficiency.Define and evaluate performance metrics in collaboration with analytics teams.Support the development and iteration of high-performing creative assets tailored to channel and user segment needs.Collaborate with CRM, Product, and UX to align acquisition flows with onboarding, retention, and lifecycle strategies.We offer:Competitive salary.Superior benefits and perks: grocery vouchers, discounts at our cafeteria, educational and childcare support.100% on-the-books pay.Work schedule: 100% in-person.Location: Lomas de Chapultepec, Mexico City
