The primary role of the Business Process Consultant is to work closely with customers to gather and document business requirements, manage development cycles and deliver solutions based on business needs while always considering best practice.English and French (Conversational-Professional)MX Citizen, Mexican permanent residence.Work closely with Project Manager to deliver on time and within budget.Develop relevant documentation for Waterfall/Agile approaches such as specifications, gap analysis reports, process flow diagrams, and storiesEnsure that stories are fully understood and that they include clear acceptance criteria that assist both non-technical and technical testing.Provide a bridge between the business and technical teams to ensure a collaborative approach to resolve business problems and technology issuesAssist Project Manager managing sprints through planning, execution, scrum, review, and retrospectiveAssist teams to write detailed test cases and provide support during UAT to verify and document defects and enhancementsPrepare training materials and hold train the trainer or user training sessions as requiredEducation: BA/BS Degree in IT, IS or business-related field or equivalent professional experience~ Years of Experience: 5+ years of IT business process experience~ Minimum Required Skills: 3+ years of Service Now process consultancy and implementation experienceStrong analytical skills and ability to manage software build/test/deploy processes.Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation facilitation skills (Visio, Word, Power Point, Excel, Service Now)~ Certifications: ITIL v2 or V3 Foundations, CSA, CIS.
