Treasury & Financial Operations AnalystAbout the RoleWe're looking for a detail-driven and proactive Treasury & Financial Operations Analyst to join our growing Finance team. This role supports daily cash operations, loan-portfolio activities, internal controls, and financial reporting processes. You'll help ensure that our liquidity is monitored accurately, funds move on time, and that our internal books stay in harmony with lenders, banks, and internal stakeholders.If you enjoy numbers, spreadsheets, and the thrill of tracking dollars across multiple accounts like a financial detective—this role might be your calling.Key ResponsibilitiesTreasury OperationsPerformdaily cash trackingacross multiple bank accounts and platformsPrepare daily liquidity summaries and cash movement schedulesMonitor funding needs and upcoming cash requirementsSupport cash forecasting and short-term liquidity planningLoan & Portfolio OperationsPerformdaily and monthly loan portfolio reconciliationsReconcile balances between internal systems, servicers, and lender platformsTrack settlements, payoffs, and funding activityValidate principal, interest, and fee postingSupport delinquency and loan-performance reportingFinancial Controls & ReportingAssist in weekly and monthly reporting deliverablesHelp maintain internal control documentation for treasury activitiesParticipate in audits and lender review requestsMaintain organized logs, approvals, and support documentationCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Finance, Accounting, Capital Markets, and OperationsCommunicate exceptions or discrepancies clearly and timelySupport automation, process standardization, and system improvementsRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fieldStrong Excel skills (SUMIFS, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables)Great attention to detail and comfort with large datasetsAbility to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentDesire to learn treasury processes and capital-markets conceptsExperience in lending, loan portfolios, multiple entity consolidationsPreferred (but not required)Experience with banking portals, lending systems, or ERP softwareExposure to reconciliations, bookkeeping, or corporate treasuryComfort learning new systems and logic-based workflowsWho Thrives in This RoleDetail-oriented problem-solversPeople who enjoy structure and processSpreadsheet enthusiasts (you know who you are)Anyone who gets satisfaction from things tying out to the penny
