The Customer Supply Chain Manager acts as the strategic liaison between our supply chain operations and our global customers. This role is critical for building long-term relationships by ensuring product availability, timely delivery, and proactive performance management. You will manage the supply chain from the customer's perspective, turning operational data into actionable insights and high-level satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for supply chain needs, managing expectations and building strong, long-term partnerships.Performance & Risk Management: Monitor KPIs, report on operational results, and proactively identify and mitigate risks to prevent disruptions.Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategies that align our supply chain services with the client's specific business objectives.Data Analysis & Forecasting: Use demand patterns and statistical inference to improve supply chain effectiveness and inform decision-making.Sustainable Cost Reduction: Drive efficiency-based cost savings through genuine process improvements rather than margin pressure.Technical Communication: Utilize computer systems to gather complex information and compile it into professional, customer-presentable formats.Qualifications & SkillsAnalytical Excellence: Strong ability to apply judgment and critical thinking to assess performance. Proficiency in mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference is required.Advanced Systems Proficiency: Expert level in Microsoft Excel.Familiarity with business systems (ERP/MRP).Experience Oracle is a plus.Collaboration: Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Logistics, and Planning teams.Problem Solving: Skilled at identifying root causes of failures and implementing effective, long-term solutions.Communication: Fluent English proficiency with the ability to lead technical and strategic conversations.RequirementsExperience: + 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain or customer account management.Industry: Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is required.Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Advanced English.Location: Apodaca, NL
