This individual will be responsible for developing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive product growth. They should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency.ResponsibilitiesDeep understanding of local consumer needs and insights; analyze competitive moves and understand key category dynamics by requesting research, analyzing data and defining business strategies.Analyze competitors' strengths and weaknesses. Provide recommendations and solutions to improve the company's sales and marketing approachesWork in partnership with Commercial managers to develop solid commercial plans.Propose, manage and control the marketing BMELead promotions developments, innovations and activations through a deep understanding of the business and P&LBuild and supervise consumer communication and e-commerce startegy to increase brand penetrationSkillsStrong analytical experience, ability to use data to develop breakthrough business strategiesFull understanding of Modern Trade customers and their needsA proven ability to deliver change to tools and processes, and to deliver improvements to a team's way of workingAnalytics and creativity—a balance of commercial and strategic acumenExperience in P&L managementAbility to identify and pursue opportunities to deliver great outcomesLeading and influencing teamsCommunicating effectively, verbally and in writing, and executive presentation skillsKnowledge with Nielsen, Excel, Power PointQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Finance, Engineering3+ years' brand marketing experienceFluent EnglishExperiencia en consumer goods industries
