What you'll doCollaborate with global teams and internal stakeholders on Security & Trust initiativesConduct primary and secondary research on IT markets and emerging technologiesTrack industry trends, competitive intelligence, and market shiftsAnalyze and synthesize data into actionable insights, reports, and presentationsPartner with subject matter experts to produce high-quality research deliverablesContribute to written research studies for internal and external audiencesContinuously learn, share knowledge, and grow within a global research team What we're looking forBachelor's degree in business, economics, MIS, technology marketing, product management, or related fields2–3 years of experience in market research, consulting, or analysis (IT industry preferred)Experience in market intelligence or competitive intelligence is a plusStrong analytical, written, and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlinesStrong collaboration skills in a global, fast-paced environmentProficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPointExposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT, MS Copilot, Gemini, Perplexity, or similarProfessional fluency in EnglishNice to haveKnowledge of Security & Trust markets or enterprise ITExperience with technology vendors, distributors, or research/consulting firmsUnderstanding of go-to-market strategies and technology adoption trendsIntellectual curiosity, adaptability, and a strong interest in emerging technologies
