At The Outloud Group, we're a small but mighty team, and we need someone eager to jump in with both feet to help set the standard for great analytics.With proficiency in tools like Python, Google Sheets, and Salesforce, this person is eager to apply their technical skills in meaningful ways. But it's not just about the tools—it's about being curious, creative, and always ready to learn. This role is about contributing to something bigger, pushing boundaries, and making a real difference every day.Here's what you'll own:Ensuring brand data is accurate and ready for analysisBuilding and maintaining reporting dashboards that WOW clientsTurning ad hoc brand requests into data-driven goldRunning regularly scheduled reports and analytics processes like a proCollaborating with other teams to turn insights into actionableYou'll work with tools and platforms including:Python for data cleaning, analysis, and automation (including working with APIs)Salesforce, primarily via data queries and exports, to support reporting and analytics workflowsGoogle Sheets and Excel for data validation, analysis, and reportingGoogle Looker Studio for building and maintaining client-facing dashboardsPaid media platforms such as Tik Tok, Meta, and Google Ads, normalizing and incorporating performance dataCloud-based data environments (AWS/GCP) supporting our analytics stackREQUIREMENTS2+ years of experience working with data analytics and reporting, ideally in marketingWorking proficiency in Python for data cleaning, analysis, and automationExperience building and maintaining dashboards or reports using tools like Google Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar platformsExperience working with CRM data (e.g. Salesforce), primarily through data queries, exports, or integrationsStrong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insightsComfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlinesExcellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data clearlyEagerness to learn and adapt, with a passion for discovering new ways to use dataFull-time availability for a remote role (bonus if you're open to visiting our Detroit office occasionally)
