Research Operations· Recruit, screen, and manage research participants across local markets.· Schedule interviews, coordinate logistics, and manage user incentives.· Maintain research documentation, user databases, and study records.· Ensure all sensitive user information is censored and handled according to internal guidelines.3. Cross-functional Collaboration· Work with global and regional teams to align research objectives and timelines.· Present research findings to product, design, and business stakeholders.· Translate research insights into actionable recommendations for product teams.
