You will have a variety of client facing responsibilities such as diagnosing issues using advanced analytical techniques, interviewing staff, formulating and making recommendations, and helping clients implement proposed solutions.The TeamOur Deloitte Enterprise Performance team is at the forefront of enterprise technology, working across finance, supply chain, and IT operations to deliver holistic performance improvement and digital transformation. Join our team of strategic advisers and architects, differentiated by our industry depth to collaborate with leading solution providers and leverage your experience in strategy, process design, technology enablement, and operational services to enable heart-of-the-business solutions.QualificationsRequired6 -10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience.Completion of coursework (Egresado) in any pertinent field or industry.Responsible for supporting and leading project workstreams and/or teams.Identifies key drivers, defines problems and proposes solutions.Advanced English level.PreferredForecasting fundamentals: Hierarchy alignment, segmentation, seasonality/holiday effects, lifecycle/new product introductions, intermittency, and promo/event impacts.Data science for forecasting: Hands-on experience designing and deploying regression-based and causal forecasting models (e.g., linear, regularized, mixed-effects, and tree-based regressions) alongside traditional time-series approaches. Strong capability in feature engineering for causal drivers, lag structures, and interaction effects.Expertise in robust backtesting design (time-based splits), error and bias analysis, explainability, and clear model selection rationale aligned to business use cases.Forecast performance management: WAPE/WMAPE, MAPE, MAE/RMSE, bias, and service-level/business impact interpretation; Ability to set pragmatic performance targets, design monitoring frameworks, and guide continuous improvement conversations with clients.Data proficiency: strong SQL and data profiling/quality assessment; ability to define data requirements and guide extraction/curation across multiple source systems; comfort working with imperfect, sparse, or biased demand data and articulating data limitations and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.Storytelling & decision support: ability to translate model outputs into executive-ready narratives, assumptions, scenarios, and recommended actions; experience supporting planning and commercial decisions (inventory, service levels, promo strategy, NPI planning) using forecast insights.Asset building: strong documentation and standardization skills to produce reusable, scalable COE artifacts.Platforms: Blue Yonder, o9, and/or Kinaxis training, certification, configuration, or implementation experience. (asset).Modern forecasting trends: probabilistic forecasting/prediction intervals, demand sensing with high-frequency signals, external data incorporation (e.g., weather/macroeconomic proxies) with governance, and model monitoring/retraining triggers (MLOps for forecasting).Tooling: Python for forecasting workflows; BI tools (Tableau/Power BI) for insight communication; familiarity with cloud analytics environments and data pipelines.Certifications (assets): IBF forecasting certifications, ASCM/APICS planning certifications, and vendor credentials (Kinaxis Maestro, o9, Blue Yonder).Pursuit/sales exposure: experience contributing to proposals, estimates, and value cases; comfort presenting solution approaches to client stakeholders.Other additional technical experience:Knowledge of planning processes and integration points (S&OP/IBP touchpoints, downstream consumption of forecasts).Ability to define standard forecasting delivery patterns (discovery → data readiness → modeling → validation → deployment/adoption) and create associated templates/accelerators.Familiarity with ERP/data ecosystems and integration considerations (ETL/ELT concepts, data contracts).Experience with Agile methodology, for projects implementation and/or as Product Owner.Our people and cultureOur inclusive culture empowers our people to be who they are, contribute their unique perspectives, and make a difference individually and collectively.
