HCL Tech is looking for Epic PB/ HB Claims Analyst with the below skills:SKILLS:Certified Epic Claims Analyst responsible for optimizing claim workflows, reducing denials, and ensuring accurate billing in Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) and Hospital Billing (HB).Key Responsibilities:Analyze and resolve claim edits, rejections, and billing discrepancies.Configure and test claim rules, error pools, and workqueue logic.Collaborate with revenue cycle and IT teams to streamline claim processes.Troubleshoot production issues and recommend improvements.Support upgrades, testing, and deployment of new Epic features.Provide reporting on claim trends and denial patterns.Required Qualifications:Epic PB/HB Claims certification (mandatory).3+ years of experience in Epic claims/billing support.Knowledge of claim formats (UB-04, CMS-1500), payer edits, and clearinghouse workflows.Strong analytical and communication skills.Benefits:Christmas bonus 30 daysVacation bonus 25%Internet bonus ($850 per month)100% Payroll schema with Social security IMSS.12 vacation days at first yearLife InsuranceProfit Sharing (PTU) (15 days to 1 month of salary)Major medical insurance13% Saving funds ($113,000 anuales aprox)Meals Allowance ($3,400 mensuales aprox)
