Our teams are built on a global mindset, sparked by sharp minds of diverse individuals and reflects the global consumers we serve.Bring your energy and fresh perspective, contribute to our movement and build your future with us.Position Title:Distribution Center, Director Summary:This key position leads and implements the Distribution Center's operational strategy, responsible for ensuring financial, production, and safety KPIs, analyzes and drives continuous improvement projects, manages the DC budget.Key Responsibilities:Operational ManagementDirect activities, projects, and operational priorities to ensure order fulfillment.Lead kick off meetings to determine order status and priorities.Monitor and ensure operational flow in conjunction with managers.Manage and control the DC budget.Review and manage DC business priorities.Ensure that deliveries are fulfilled to customer requirements.Talent ManagementDevelop and mentor people leaders. Promote company culture, policies and safety alignments. Control and AuditControl and approval of operative and supplier expenses.Compliance with DC's AEO Certification.Expense management and optimization.CommunicationGenerate communication channels with key areas of the business.Negotiate and execute agreements with brands.Foster teamwork between areas and associates.Administration and Continuous ImprovementAnalyze and support continuous improvement projects.Approve infrastructure and capital projects for DC.Analyze areas of opportunity, identify root causes, and provide solutions.Soft SkillsNegotiationLeadershipEthicsAnalytical skillsConflict resolutionStrategic coachingRequirementsDegree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field.Master's degree desirable: MBA, Finance or Supply Chain.10+ years of experience in related positions such as Director, Site Leader or Senior Manager in Supply Chain / DC. Experience implementing operational efficiencies.Knowledge of WMS and SAP systems, PKMS or Manhattan is desirable. Intermediate - Advanced Excel. Knowledge of Power BI.Fluent English is a must.
