Title: Learning Video Production SpecialistRole OverviewThe Learning Video Production Specialist is responsible for creating high-quality video content that supports digital learning and corporate training initiatives. This role partners closely with instructional designers and subject matter experts to develop engaging, instructionally sound content aligned with brand and learning standards. The position also supports learning technologies, including LMS administration and AI-enabled content development tools.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce, edit, and deliver video content for e-learning and corporate training programsCollaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to translate learning objectives into engaging video contentManage video production tools, workflows, and related softwareEnsure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality and brand standardsAdminister and support the Learn Worlds Learning Management System (LMS)Operate and support AI-based content development tools in coordination with an external development partnerQualificationsBachelor's degree in Multimedia, Video Production, Instructional Design, or a related field3+ years of professional experience in video production and editingProficiency with video editing and content development tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Storyline 360)Exposure to AI-assisted content creation tools is preferredStrong storytelling, creativity, and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects and collaborate cross-functionally
