We are looking for IT Operation Engineers to support daily operations in the Supply Chain Procurement and Logistics area, mainly support SAP ECC/S4 MM/SD module and surrounding systems, Responsibilities include troubleshooting business issues, providing customer support, and driving digital transformation initiatives (including AI).Your main responsibilities will include:Understand user issue, according to system logic/biz process, provide resolution adviseProvide operation guidance when is neededCooperation with related teams include IT and bizStudy and practice, contribution in AI OperationRequirementsBachelor Degree in Computer Science or Logistics3-5 years of experience in SAP MM/SD module operations or implementations; it's not mandatory to have knowledge in both modules at the same timeStrong understanding of frontend operations, system configuration, and integration tools (IDoc/EDI)ABAP, Java, Python, and Splunk skills are a plusFluent English and excellent learning abilityStrong responsibility, communication, and teamwork skillsWillingness to work in shifts when requiredAble to attend the office 3 days per week (hybrid work schedule).Resume in English is required
