As we scale globally, we are looking for a highly organized Project /Ops & Recruiting Lead to support our HR, Operations, and Leadership teams. This is an Manager-level role, not a assistant position — It requires strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to keep people, projects, and processes moving forward.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys recruiting, coordination, project tracking and wants to grow long-term in Operations.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruiting & Hiring SupportAssist with full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles simultaneously across global markets.Support recruiting efforts across multiple departments and time zones at once.Post, manage, and optimize jobs on global platforms (Linked In, Online Jobs.ph, Indeed, Upwork)Post and manage job ads on global platforms (Linked In, Online Jobs.ph, Indeed, etc.)Review applications and help organize candidate pipelines and tracking systemsConduct initial screening interviews and coordinate next stepsHelp build and maintain application forms, assessments, scorecards, and hiring trackersEnsure candidates have a positive, professional experience aligned with Top Foxx's cultureHR & Onboarding SupportAssist with structured onboarding plans for new hiresCoordinate onboarding sessions, tools access, and training logisticsHelp create and update SOPs, training guides, and role checklistsMaintain employee records and internal documentationSupport team engagement initiatives and training coordinationProject ManagementKeep Asana fully updated with tasks, deadlines, owners, and progressTrack weekly priorities, follow up on delayed tasks, and flag issues earlySupport KPI and hours tracking using tools like Time Doctor and AsanaHelp ensure weekly reports and data are accurate and completeHelp creating scalable systems and processes as the company growsConduct ad hoc research and operational support tasks for leadershipWhat We're Looking For2+ years of experience in recruiting, HR assistance, operations, or administrative supportStrong English communication skills (written and spoken)Experience supporting remote teams is a strong plusHighly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with deadlinesComfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentTech-savvy and comfortable using Google Workspace, Asana, Time Doctor, and job boardsKind, professional, and clear in communication; able to give straightforward feedback when neededProactive mindset — you notice gaps, follow up without being asked, and take ownershipWhat You'll GetSalary: $800 to $1,200 USD monthly with growth opportunities and performance-based bonuses tied to revenue impact.Direct access to the founder and leadership team.Remote work from anywhere in the world.Free products from Top Foxx and partner brands.Growth-focused environment with clear opportunity for advancement.10 paid days off (including holidays, sick leave, and vacation)Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented?Join us as an Operations & Recruiting Assistant.
