Required – Technical

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Must possess a valid U.S. identification (passport or driver's license).
• Valid U.S. Social Security Number required.
• Experience working with Purchase Orders (PO) and order management processes.
• Proficiency with Office 365.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities (Key Activities)

• Request and follow up on required PO corrections prior to acceptance.
• Accept and update PO status in systems while maintaining accurate documentation for reporting and audit needs.
• Collaborate with order execution, customer-facing teams, sales, and contract teams to resolve issues and improve workflow efficiency.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying root causes and recommending sustainable solutions.
• Follow organizational policies and regulatory requirements; participate in trainings on tools and process updates.

Required Languages • English – Advanced (Conversational).
